Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read, use and act on this site. Here is where we are, what we know is not finished, and how to tell us when something is in the way.
Effective date October 11, 2026. Reviewed at launch and at least once a year after it.
Our commitment
EZ Financial Fitness, LLC aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across ezfinancialfitness.com. We check new pages with keyboard navigation, a screen reader and automated tools before release, and we treat an accessibility report the way we treat a client request, with a named person and a reply date.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, landmarks for navigation, main content and footer, and a skip link to the main content.
- Every control works with a keyboard. Menus open with Enter or Space, close with Escape, and the focus is always visible.
- Text and background colors were chosen with contrast measured against the WCAG 2.2 AA ratios, including the gold accents on dark green bands.
- Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on phones, and the layout works at 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
- Form labels are always visible, required fields say so in words, errors are announced and linked to the field they belong to, and nothing is conveyed by color alone.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative icons and illustrations are hidden from screen readers.
- Animation is minimal and respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system.
- Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content, and the site does not lock the zoom.
- Every form on the site submits natively if a script fails, so a broken script never blocks a message or a signup.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience run on services operated by other companies. We chose them for security and reliability, and we cannot change their pages. Here is what that means for you.
- Checkout. Digital product checkout happens on a page operated by Intuit QuickBooks Payments. Its accessibility is Intuit's responsibility. If you cannot complete a purchase there, email us and we will arrange another way to pay and deliver the files.
- Client Portal. The Client Portal and its mobile app are operated by TaxDome. We pass accessibility reports to TaxDome, and we can accept documents and signatures another way if the portal is a barrier for you.
- Scheduling. Consultation booking opens a Calendly page. If it does not work for you, email us and we will schedule by reply.
- Form protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which normally runs without any action from you. If a challenge appears and you cannot complete it, email us instead.
- Downloadable files. Some PDF and spreadsheet files may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Tell us which file and we will send an accessible version.
How to report a barrier
Email [email protected] with the address of the page, what you were trying to do and what happened. If you use assistive technology, telling us which one helps.
We reply within two business days with either a fix, a date for one, or another way to get what you needed.
Technical notes
The site is built with standard HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript for navigation and forms. It is tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and on iOS and Android phones. Content is written in plain language, headings follow a logical order, and links describe where they go.
